Delicious, healthy miso cod recipe
It's never too soon to be thinking about your summer beach body, and with tasty, hearty recipes like this one it's so easy to get in shape. Not only is cod full of protein, it also has plenty of vitamins and is great for the heart - basically, it's an essential in your diet plan. This recipe combines miso and mirin, commonly used in Asian cooking, for a sweet and delicious fish.
Ingredients (serves 2)
2 Tablespoon of mirin
2 teaspoon of olive oil
2 skinless cod fillets
In a bowl, mix together the miso, mirin and olive oil. Rub all over the cod and leave in the fridge for 30 minutes to marinate. Heat the oven to 220 degrees, and cook the fish for 10 minutes.
Serve with mixed veggies sprinkled with sesame seeds for a delicious, healthy and hearty meal.
