Greek Yoghurt Parfait - The Healthy Breakfast to Kick Start Your Day!
Keen to lose a few pounds for summer? A healthy day starts with a healthy breakfast. Our Greek yoghurt parfait is perfect because, not only is it healthy, it's also delicious, filling and easy to prepare. It can even be prepped the night before for busy mornings, and it will leave you feeling ready to take on the day ahead.
Ingredients (quantities can be tailored to your preference)
Plain Greek Yoghurt (choose a high protein yoghurt if possible)
A handful of oats
A few mixed berries
1 square of dark chocolate, broken up
A squirt of honey
Add a couple of spoonfuls of yoghurt to a tall glass. Add a spoonful of oats and a few berries. Top with more yoghurt, and continue layering until you have the desired amount of food. Top with a final sprinkle of oats and berries along with the dark chocolate and honey. Serve!
