The Hot Stone Massage can be used by any number of people no matter what age they are the only people who aren't recommended for this treatment would be heat sensitivity and pregnant clients.

Different sizes of stone will be used to help with the different massages in the different areas of the body. The larger stones hold the heat the longest leaving the smaller stones perfect for the face or any other smaller area.

Effleurage massage will be used to introduce the heat to your body, getting use to the warmth will relax your muscles then the hot stone will be rested in the chosen areas.

Many different techniques can be used to benefit as well as the continuous contact to heat.

Circular movements may be used on the edges to remove any knots or tension, this massage has is related to a Swedish or deep tissue massage with heat. As time is taken releasing the tension from around the body

Time is taken so you will feel a benefit instantly

Similar to a deep pressure massage the stones loosen tension giving your massage therapist chance to massage deeper into the muscles without too much pressure.
