The Classic Cocktail That's Having a Moment

 Who doesn't love cocktails? They come in all shapes and sizes so there's something for everyone on a quality cocktail menu, but one in particular is peaking in popularity right now. Strangely it's been around since the 1920s but something in the 2018 air has brought about a surge of popularity for the Italian apertif known as the Negroni. The great news is that it's really easy to make for yourself at home, and you only need three ingredients, plus orange to garnish.

Negroni
25ml Campari
25ml sweet vermouth
25ml Gin

Fill old fashioned glass with cubed ice. Add equal parts Campari, sweet vermouth and gin and stir well. Garnish with a slice of orange.

So pop to the liquor store, call your squad, and don't forget to squeeze in a nail appointment before hosting your cocktail party!
